HISYNC

Hawaii Interagency State Youth Network of Care

The HISYNC committee, comprised of leadership from Hawaii’s child-serving agencies and organizations, serves as a multi-agency forum focused on improving outcomes for Hawaii’s children, youth and families by fostering multi-agency collaboration, data-driven improvements, and policy alignment across Hawaii’s youth-serving state agencies.

HILYNC

Hawaii Interagency Local-Level Youth Network of Care

HILYNC Local Level committee are organized by districts: Honolulu, Leeward, Pearl City, Windward, East Hawaii Island, West Hawaii Island, Maui and Kauai. The local level reflects the state representation.

  • Student Support Branch 

  • School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) 

  • Exceptional Support Branch

  • Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division 

  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division 

  • Developmental Disabilities Division

DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES (DHS) 

  • Child Welfare Services Branch 

  • Med-Quest Division

PEER SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS 

 

 

Meetings occur monthly for HISYNC members, and monthly meetings occur for all 8 districts.  

 

Data review, analysis, system problem solving, Updates, communication, youth-specific problem-solving and policy recommendations are the functions of this group.
