Hawaii Interagency State Youth Network of Care
The HISYNC committee, comprised of leadership from Hawaii’s child-serving agencies and organizations, serves as a multi-agency forum focused on improving outcomes for Hawaii’s children, youth and families by fostering multi-agency collaboration, data-driven improvements, and policy alignment across Hawaii’s youth-serving state agencies.

HILYNC Local Level committee are organized by districts: Honolulu, Leeward, Pearl City, Windward, East Hawaii Island, West Hawaii Island, Maui and Kauai. The local level reflects the state representation.
